The Area Sales Manager - Canada Pest will be responsible for any existing or future Sales Representatives in their designated region. This role will be accountable for actively delivering new sales and revenue of regional accounts to the Director of Sales. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the implementation of regional and market-specific sales strategies to achieve business sales targets and resulting planned revenue related to the regional accounts assigned to their area. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Regional Leaders to achieve market revenue goals  Supervise and coordinate regional sales management, responsible for coaching, development, formal performance review cycles when applicable In collaboration with business leaders, identify and set quarterly and annual sales goals within the Canadian NA Division related to regional accounts Determine effective and efficient methods to attain revenue objectives for the Canadian NA Division Manage sales performance within the Canadian NA Division and monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify where improvements can be made When applicable, establish a high performing team and lead a culture of accountability that ensures delivery of sales objectives, including development and implementation of programs and promotions to motivate sales teams within the Canadian NA division Travel to various regional locations and/or other locations for program delivery, project support, and subject-matter expertise 3 - 5 Years of Sales Management Proven record to work optimally with cross functional teams and to facilitate collaboration across functional boundaries. Knowledge of company products and services Bilinguism English/French a strong asset Business and financial acumen Project management and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to operate and influence cross-functionally at all levels Performance management and coaching skills, including providing clear and concise feedback Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation with enthusiasm for digging into and solving cross-functional business, operational and organizational issues Skill with Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
