Job Description: Details of the Division and Team:     You will be joining a team of experienced lawyers supporting the Bank’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets division within the Investment Bank, with a focus on debt capital markets, equity capital markets, M&A, as well as general commercial contract negotiation, covering clients in APAC.
