Job Description Lead the Corporate Access team to deliver high-quality engagement between institutional investors and listed corporates, ensuring compliance with South African regulations and global best practices. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance client relationships, improve market intelligence, and position the firm as a leading provider of corporate access services. Are You Someone Who Can Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the corporate access strategy aligned with research and sales objectives. Manage and mentor the corporate access team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Client Engagement & Roadshows: Build strong relationships with institutional clients (local and international) and listed companies. Coordinate inbound roadshows for international institutional clients to meet locally based corporates, ensuring smooth logistics and regulatory compliance. Organize non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and bespoke meetings. Event Management: Plan and deliver thematic conferences, sector days, and investor tours. Ensure events meet local compliance standards. Data & Insights: Use analytics to identify trends and optimize corporate access offerings. Collaborate with research and sales teams to align access with client priorities. Revenue Contribution: Support monetization strategies for corporate access services. Drive client satisfaction and retention through differentiated offerings. You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Minimum 8–10 years in equity research, sales, or corporate access. Strong understanding of South African capital markets and regulatory environment. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Commercial mindset with ability to identify revenue opportunities. Familiarity with compliance requirements for investor engagement.
