Job Summary The role provides enterprise-level business analysis leadership to identify, quantify and unlock productivity opportunities across the Bank, leveraging the Enterprise Community of Practice, Productivity methodology and structural efficiency principles. This senior level role partners with Business Units, Functions and Delivery Teams to design and embed standardised ways of modelling, working and organising, ensuring consistent value identification, accelerated execution, and sustainable productivity gains across end-to-end value chains Job Description Drive enterprise productivity analysis aligned to standard methodologies (including Lean Six Sigma), identifying structural and systemic efficiency opportunities across Business Units and Functional value chains. Lead enterprise-wide diagnostic assessments, including as‑is and to‑be modelling, root-cause analysis, and value leakage assessments. Establish and maintain standard productivity artefacts, frameworks, templates and guardrails to ensure consistent adoption of ways of modelling, working and organising. Facilitate cross-functional workshops (Show & Tell, Value Identification, Innovation & CI) to surface enterprise blockers, cross-cluster synergies and high‑value opportunities. Coordinate end‑to‑end value identification and tracking processes, ensuring opportunities progress through the hopper into executable initiatives with clear measurable outcomes. Partner with cluster Productivity Leads, Enterprise & Business Communities to integrate practices, enhance maturity and ensure alignment across the enterprise ecosystem. Support initiative execution through solution analysis, feasibility assessments, business case inputs and impact analysis (people, process, system). Act as an enterprise knowledge curator, strengthening the best‑practice repository and embedding continuous improvement culture. Provide advisory to senior stakeholders, synthesising insights from diagnostics, benchmarks and performance analytics to drive decision‑making. Role / Person Specification Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or related field required, postgraduate qualification advantageous. 10+ years’ experience in business analysis, process architecture, productivity, transformation or enterprise optimisation roles. Strong experience applying structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, process engineering, operating model design). Experience leading cross-functional diagnostic and transformation efforts at enterprise scale. Ability to lead and facilitate value stream assessments across Business and Functional departments. Knowledge & Skills Advanced business analysis and process architecture expertise (enterprise‑level). Strong data interpretation, analytics and structured problem‑solving capability. Deep understanding of productivity levers, structural efficiencies and value‑chain optimisation. Command of enterprise modelling techniques and toolsets. Ability to synthesise complex information and communicate insights to senior leadership. Exposure and knowledge in AI, Agentic AI and or other automation technologies will be advantageous.
