Job Summary This Specialist role provides deep technical, analytical and modelling expertise to support enterprise productivity, complementing the broader Group Productivity Programme. The role focuses on translating enterprise productivity frameworks into detailed analytical models, process diagnostics, solution specifications and evidence-based insights. It enables consistent, high-quality delivery of productivity assessments, process optimisation and structural efficiency analysis across Business Units and Functions. Job Description Conduct detailed as-is and to-be process modelling using enterprise modelling standards (BPMN, value-stream mapping, workflow modelling). Perform deep-dive diagnostics, data extraction, productivity analysis, time-in-motion studies and bottleneck identification. Develop technical artefacts including process documentation, functional specs, business requirements, user stories and workflow rules. Execute structured analysis aligned to Lean Six Sigma, producing evidence-based insights for value identification. Support enterprise productivity initiatives through modelling, feasibility analysis, impact assessment and scenario modelling. Maintain enterprise productivity repositories, templates, modelling standards and reusable assets. Enable and drive ongoing knowledge artefacts and way of thinking. Provide SME-level input during workshops (Value Identification, Innovation & CI), preparing insights, models and data outputs. Ensure traceability of business requirements through design, build and implementation phases. •Support change, testing and validation through test case documentation, UAT support and post-implementation reviews. Role / Person Specification Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, process engineering, productivity analytics or continuous improvement. Hands-on experience in leading business transformation, lean, or related projects from start to finish. Hands-on experience with modelling tools (Orbus, Visio, Signavio, iGrafx, ARIS), and process mining technologies such as Celonis. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, automation, workflow technologies or analytics platforms Knowledge & Skills Strong technical business analysis skills and process modelling capability. Ability to analyse operational data, interpret trends and derive insights. Knowledge of productivity methodologies, structural efficiency levers and process optimisation. Strong documentation and requirements management capability. Understanding of automation, workflow, rules engines or AI-assisted productivity tools.
