Job Description To design products of medium complexity, which includes market research, business viability study, and final product design. Hello, Future Product Development Specialist FNB Connect and Service Provider is looking for a dynamic and highly driven Product Development Specialist to join their team. The successful applicant will need to design new products of medium to large complexity, include but not limited to market research, data insights and mining, business case collaboration, cross collaboration across all functional areas, business viability studies, final product design and implementation. Are you someone who can: Establishment, alignment and management of target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize FNB risk and deliver quality requirements specifications. Findings that area as a result of internal or external audit and client management and risk. Conceptualize, design and manage designated new product development initiatives from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation. Initiate and manage market research, competitor analysis, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth Explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks in order to expand and strengthen the business' market position Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services Manage own development to increase own competencies You will be an ideal candidate if you have: BCom Degree or related qualification 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in a Product related role Relevant experience within Telecommunications is preferred Great PowerPoint and Excel skills Great Communication and Negotiation skills Market Research and Data Insights abilities You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate Challenging work environment Opportunities to innovate We can be a match if you are:  Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to.
