Poznań, Poland (On-Site) Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Lidera/Liderki Zespołu Produkcji, która wesprze nas w zapewnieniu sprawnej i terminowej realizacji procesów produkcyjnych. Główny zakres obowiązków: Koordynacja harmonogramów produkcji oraz bieżące monitorowanie realizacji planu.  Nadzór nad wykonaniem zadań przez zespół produkcyjny oraz kontrola zgodności prac z procedurami i standardami jakości. Raportowanie wyników produkcji, wskaźników wydajności oraz zgłaszanie ewentualnych zakłóceń do Kierownika Produkcji.  Współpraca z działami: logistyki, jakości, utrzymania ruchu i zakupów w celu zapewnienia ciągłości procesu produkcyjnego.  Obsługa procesów produkcyjnych w systemie OCM oraz przygotowywanie dokumentacji dla klientów (protokoły odbioru, deklaracje zgodności).  Przetwarzanie zapotrzebowań materiałowych (MRP) i wystawianie zamówień zakupu.  Identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów operacyjnych w obszarze produkcji.  Nasze wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe — preferowane kierunki: Zarządzenie i inżynieria produkcji, absolwenci wydziałów mechanicznych i budowy maszyn na uczelniach technicznych.  Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze produkcji lub koordynacji zespołu.  Praktyczna znajomość systemów ERP (np. OCM) oraz narzędzi biurowych.  Umiejętność analizy danych i raportowania wskaźników produkcyjnych.  Zdolność koordynowania pracy zespołu oraz komunikatywność.  Prawo jazdy kat.
