Business Administration & Communications Protégé Trainee (Ref. No. R1011712 ) at our location in Kuala-Lumpur   You will enjoy having these responsibilities: • Prepare and compile PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and supporting documents. • Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and data consolidation. • Maintain and update business records, including data registration and document tracking. • Coordinate and support expense claims and ensure timely submissions. • Assist with travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation, bookings, and logistics coordination. • Organize and monitor meeting schedules, minutes, and follow-up actions. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. • Draft and support development of press releases, internal announcements, and communication materials. • Assist in content collection, proofreading, and formatting for communication channels. • Support planning and coordination of corporate events, media engagements, and stakeholder activities. • Maintain communication databases, mailing lists, and document archives. • Liaise with internal teams to gather information for communication outputs. You have: • Fresh Graduates with less than 2 years experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Admin, Finance & Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science. • Fluent in English (written and oral). • Understanding of basic admin tasks (documentation, reporting, scheduling). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Able to draft simple communication materials (press releases, announcements). • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail. • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently. • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
