Job Description: Die Deutsche Bank baut neue Fähigkeiten in der automatisierten Bereitstellung physischer Server (Bare Metal as-a-Service/BMaaS) auf und sucht eine*n Lead Engineer, der/die das Team beim Aufbau der Architektur unterstützt und die Implementierung begleitet. Wir suchen Kandidat*innen, die verstehen, wie physische Server traditionell in einem Rechenzentrum bereitgestellt werden, und die über die Fähigkeiten verfügen, diese Prozesse in vollständig automatisierte „Infrastructure-as-Code“-Lösungen für Bare‑Metal‑Management und Bereitstellungsautomatisierung zu transformieren. Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Als Mitglied/Lead eines selbstorganisierten, interdisziplinären Teams von Expert*innen verantworten Sie u.a. folgende Aufgaben: Sie entwickeln Lösungen für Bare Metal as-a-Service (BMaaS) und Virtual Machine as-a-Service (VMaaS) und nutzen dafür Software-Produkte vom Markt und/oder selbst entwickelte Software-Lösungen Sie arbeiten teamübergreifend mit Kolleg*innen aus den Bereichen Architektur, Produktmanagement, Transformation und DevOps/Operations, um diese Lösungen zu entwickeln und intern bereitzustellen Sie arbeiten eng mit den Software-Herstellern zusammen, mit dem Ziel, eine kundenorientierte Infrastrukturplattform zu entwickeln, welche programmatisch genutzt werden kann Sie entwickeln Kernintegrationen mit gängigen Control-Plane-Technologien, wie Hashicorp TFE oder Ansible Über DevOps Automatisierung und Playbooks (Dokumentation) stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre Lösungen vollautomatisiert konsumierbar sind Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen Verständnis für physische Server, Racks und die typischen Technologien eines Rechenzentrums Verständnis für automatisierte Bereitstellung von Betriebssystemen – RHEL, SUSE, Windows Server Verständnis für traditionelle Switch‑Netzwerke sowie idealerweise SDNs und Overlay‑Netzwerke Starke DevOps-/Engineering‑Fähigkeiten – Python, YAML/HCL, Git/GitHub Erfahrung mit der Terraform‑Plattform, einschließlich Drittanbieter‑TFE‑Providern Erfahrung mit Metalsoft oder ähnlichen Technologien Erfahrung mit Compute‑Funktionen auf Hyperscalern, idealerweise Google Cloud Platform Verständnis von Hypervisor‑Angeboten, idealerweise einschließlich VMware/VCF‑Plattform Was wir Ihnen bieten Wir bieten eine breite Palette von Leistungen, die all Ihre beruflichen und persönlichen Bedürfnisse abdecken. We are looking for candidates who understand how physical servers are traditionally provisioned in a datacenter and who have the skills to transform those processes into fully-automated ‘Infrastructure-as-code’ bare-metal management and provisioning automation.
