No. R1011659) at our location in Singapore You will enjoy having these responsibilities: • Review bid requirement and highlight important items to the assigned manager. • Assist to follow up in Insurance, FCC and other Bid items. • Assist to prepare the Contract Agreements/NDA/TA. • Assist to maintain the Claim/VO Logs. • Attend Bid and Project review meetings. • Assist to prepare Claim/EOT letters.   You have: • Studying Degree or Diploma in Law/Communication/Civil/Mechanical Engineering discipline. • Good communication skill in English language. • Ability to work with team members in Singapore and across the region. • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Good learning attitude. • Ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships. • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly including process flows and policies. • Ability to collate information and produce comprehensive reports. • Ability to plan and organise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
