Harmonogramowania i Raportowania , która będzie wspierać realizację kluczowych inwestycji poprzez tworzenie i analizę harmonogramów oraz przygotowywanie raportów projektowych. Główny zakres obowiązków: Tworzenie i aktualizacja harmonogramów projektów budowlanych zgodnie z wymaganiami kontraktowymi. Monitorowanie postępu prac w kontekście harmonogramu oraz bieżąca identyfikacja ewentualnych odchyleń. Przygotowywanie raportów dziennych, tygodniowych i miesięcznych na podstawie danych zebranych od zespołu projektowego i podwykonawców. Współpraca z zespołem projektowym, klientem i podwykonawcami w zakresie opracowywania, aktualizacji i korekty harmonogramów. Obsługa narzędzi planistycznych (Primavera, MS Project). Udział w spotkaniach projektowych i prezentacja wyników analiz. Archiwizacja harmonogramów i raportów zgodnie z procedurami firmy. Nasze wymagania: Wykształcenie techniczne (preferowane kierunki: budowlane, transport i pokrewne). Doświadczenie w planowaniu projektów budowlanych lub infrastrukturalnych. Dobra znajomość MS Project. Umiejętność analizy harmonogramów i raportowania. Dobra organizacja pracy, komunikatywność, samodzielność, dokładność oraz umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu.  Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym pracę w zespole projektowym.
