Are you someone who can do following: Provide administrative and coordination support to Security leaders to in their strategic initiatives to create secure environments for FirstRand employees.  Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members by providing expert advice and consulting on all aspects of related to access control role. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite application (i.e Vlookups, handling data). Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions. Client service and orientated and willing to meet the needs of the customer. Comply, understand, and implement all steps for the related to security system processes and procedures and meet governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. Assist and administer the implementation of control mechanisms, that allow and revoke access for FirstRand Buildings. Ensure all data analysis and research are captured, recorded, and reported on to ensure correct actions are implementation and executed. Assist in identifying, defining, and maintaining the security protocols for FirstRand. Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and employees and to ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with. Maintain current knowledge of the systems in related field. Manage personal development to increase own skills and competencies. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent, Physical Security or Electronic security experience will be advantageous.
