As the Digital Manufacturing Business Operations Lead, you will have a strategic role in shaping and evolving the digital manufacturing strategy, processes, and operating model across all digital and manufacturing system capabilities. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead harmonisation efforts, optimise investment portfolios, and accelerate value creation through digital innovation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and digital leaders, influencing key decisions that drive business transformation and operational excellence.     Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position    Proven experience in designing and deploying digital manufacturing strategies and   operating   models within complex, regulated environments.   Strong capability in portfolio and investment management, including program prioritisation and lifecycle management of digital projects.   Demonstrated leadership in business transformation and cross-functional collaboration with digital, technology, and manufacturing teams.   Expertise   in compliance frameworks and governance processes across digital product lifecycles.   Experience in developing and implementing Digital   Manufacturing use cases using Artificial Intelligence (AI)       What type of work will I be doing?    D esigning and evolving the digital manufacturing strategy and   operating   model in partnership with key stakeholders.   Develop Digital Manufacturing use cases working alongside clients and Digital   leads.    D riving compliance frameworks, managing   competencies   and learning processes, and collaborating with cross-domain teams to ensure alignment and delivery of digital initiatives.     Success in the Role :    Successfully deploy and continuously improve the digital operations model, acting as the business transformation lead during early deployment phases.   Lead the planning and prioritisation of digital manufacturing investments through the BP/LRFP processes, optimising the portfolio for maximum business impact.   Establish and sustain the digital lifecycle management process to drive the delivery of the digital roadmap and accelerate value realisation.   Design and implement a digital value model to enable effective investment prioritisation and portfolio management.     Who is the Hiring Manager?    The hiring manager is an experienced leader in digital manufacturing solutions with a strong background in   Digital solution   implementations within the pharmaceutical industry   to include Manufacturing execution systems, supply chain   planning   and execution   systems   among others .
