Join our reward program and enjoy real career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments. Conduct hygiene and cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets following job specifications and client policies. Provide and maintain products within customer premises, including air fresheners, sanitisers, feminine hygiene units, toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers, among others. Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments. Complete service reports to document services performed. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times. Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards. Requirements: Full-time work eligibility in New Zealand. Full clean NZ driver’s licence; manual licence preferred. Clean criminal record. Customer service pro with a knack for building relationships. Clear communicator, both written and spoken. Physically up for the job and safety smart. Self-starter who manages time like a boss. Ready to drive those long hauls. Eagle-eyed for detail and hitting goals. Tech-savvy with phones and apps. Bonus points for cleaning or maintenance know-how. Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment, including medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
