Thực hiện công việc kiểm soát côn trùng dịch hại và đưa ra các đề xuất cho khách hàng Phản hồi về các vấn đề liên quan đến dịch vụ của khách hàng lên cấp trên; Bảo quản tất cả các thiết bị, công cụ, phương tiện đi lại và các dụng cụ khác do công ty cấp phát, để làm việc trong điều kiện hoạt động tốt; Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện theo lộ trình để đảm bảo có mặt kịp thời tại tất cả các địa điểm làmdịch vụ; Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình điều hành theo tiêu chuẩn phù hợp tại nhà kho, quy trình sắp xếp và lưu kho và lấy hàng ra khỏi kho; Đảm bảo tất cả các giấy tờ cần thiết (như báo cáo dịch vụ, Danh sách dịch vụ, vv) sử dụng trong các dịch vụ kiểm soát dịch hại được thực hiện đầy đủ, giải thích cho khách hàng, ký và nộp cho giám sát sau khi hoàn tất dịch vụ. Gửi các kiến nghị lên cấp trên để gia tăng hiệu quả và chất lượng dịch vụ, giảm khiếu nại của khách hàng, và kiểm soát để giảm thiểu, loại bỏ rủi ro và thiệt hại cho Công ty; Tuân thủ chính sách môi trường, sức khỏe và an toàn, chính sách không khoan nhượng trong quá trình làm việc và báo cáo các sự cố môi trường, sức khỏe và an toàn ngay lập tức; Lưu giữ chính xác các hồ sơ và nộp đúng thời hạn các báo cáo và các tài liệu theo yêu cầu của quản lý; Xây dựng và phát huy văn hóa công ty với với hình ảnh chuyên nghiệp.
