Job Details: Job Description:  Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Create and analyze financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions. Develop annual budgets and forecasts for different departments, partnering with varying levels of business leaders. Identifies, performs and drives process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes and supports management reporting related to operations performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Makes recommendations around financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery. Supports decision making by providing ad hoc financial and key performance indicator analyzes that influence leadership decision making. Innovation – Takes calculated risks in finding new ways and perspectives to do things. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerBi. Preferred Qualifications Experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting Planning and forecasting.
