The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Core Operations Related: Devise a plan to achieve operational KPIs, including on-time service delivery, backlog reduction, on-time renewals, APBITA, material cost, complaint management and technician productivity as per the AOP. 1. Monitor Key Operations KPIs to drive Divisions performance. 2. Streamline Operations across all Branches as per the defined SOPs and organisational policies. 3. Guide Branches in delivering profitable services across Division. 4. Monitor performance of the Branches against the assigned targets; Conduct periodic branch visits to ensure complete alignment to the SOPs. 5. Ensure SCP devices are active in all branches and used for all service delivery. 6. Monitor costing for major jobs to maintain service quality and profitability. 7. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints where essential. 8. Work closely with Sales and other corporate functions to align activities with annual objectives. 9. Devise a plan to Cross Sell / Up Sell PSD / Hygiene Products & Services. 10. Collaborate with DM/ADM-Sales and plan to achieve service lead conversion as per the AOP target Customer-Related: 1. Devise a concrete plan to engage customers to improve customer satisfaction levels 2. Regularly participate in customer meetings, visit key customers and address escalated complaints when necessary. 3. Ensure effective customer contact management and retention strategy is implemented across all Branches. SHE / Policy / Compliance-Related: 1. Ensure complete compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. 2. Oversee compliance with SHE policies and safety protocols for both employees and customers. 3. Collaborate with DM/ADM-Sales to get the business related licensing completed for Branches in the Division. Ensure Branches maintain all the chemical related certifications as per the statutory requirements. People-Related: 1. Coordinate with HR for IR/HR-related matters & maintain harmonious employee relations. 2. Mentor and groom the team, preparing them to take on higher responsibilities and to cascade this mentorship down the line. 3. Develop growth plans for top performers. 4. Facilitate employee training and evaluations as per job requirements. 5. Recruit qualified Operations staff and maintain a talent pool to meet branch staffing needs in coordination with HR and BM. 6. Address grievances of subordinates promptly and effectively. 7. Review performance of Branch Managers with 50:50 weightage to sales & operations (along with ADM/DM - Sales) and Operations Team (SPs, OEs & OMs along with BM) every six months.
