We’re looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect , a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world. As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs. This is a freelance, fully remote role that offers you the flexibility to choose your own schedule — making it a great way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission-driven global community. What You’ll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients. Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction . Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary (Guadalajara) If you’re passionate about mental health and eager to make a difference while working flexibly and globally — we’d love to hear from you.
