No. R1011735 ) at our location in Kuala-Lumpur    You will enjoy having these responsibilities:   Collect and compile data to update project progress. Ensure timely and accurate project status reporting. Identify and communicate deviations from the project plan. Update staff timesheets or related records. Create and maintain project schedules using Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6. Monitor timelines and milestones and adjust schedules when needed. Organize and facilitate team meetings; prepare agendas and minutes. Follow up on action items. Update weekly and monthly progress reports. Analyze project data and present findings You have:   Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business, or related field. Open to fresh graduates interested in Project Planning & PMO. Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Analytical and able to interpret project data. Strong communication skills.
