Warszawa, Poland (Hybrid) Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie wspierać   Kierownika Projektu w realizacji projektów poprzez sprawną koordynację działań administracyjnych i przygotowywanie oraz nadzorowanie kluczowej dokumentacji projektowej. Główny zakres obowiązków: Koordynowanie działań wspierających Kierownika Projektu w zarządzaniu projektem. Przygotowywanie i aktualizacja harmonogramu kontraktu oraz jego realizacji. Zbieranie danych od Kierowników budowy/robót na potrzeby harmonogramów i raportów. Przygotowywanie raportów i rozliczeń finansowych dla Inżyniera Kontraktu. Nadzorowanie dokumentacji projektowej i technicznej, w tym jej rejestracja, weryfikacja i archiwizacja. Prowadzenie korespondencji projektowej (pisma, rejestr korespondencji, kontrola formalna i merytoryczna). Przygotowywanie i nadzorowanie roszczeń finansowych. Udział w spotkaniach projektowych wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych oraz protokołowanie ustaleń. Zgłaszanie zapotrzebowań na podwykonawstwo do właściwych jednostek. Realizacja dodatkowych zadań wspierających funkcjonowanie projektu. Nasze wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne- preferowane kierunki transport, elektryczny, elektroniczny, budowlany itp. Pierwsze doświadczenie zawodowe, w tym doświadczenie w pracy z dokumentacją projektową (mile widziane w obszarze automatyki kolejowej lub telekomunikacji). Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office, w tym Excel, PowerPoint oraz podstawowe narzędzia biurowe. Umiejętność technicznego planowania oraz pracy z harmonogramami i dokumentacją projektową. Wysoka dokładność, doskonała organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność koordynacji zadań. Zdolności komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność pracy zespołowej. Umiejętność pracy z narzędziami do zarządzania projektami ( MS Office ). Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę z dokumentacją projektową. Prawo jazdy kat.
