1. Lập hóa đơn và quản lý doanh thu (70% khối lượng công việc) Lập hóa đơn kịp thời và chính xác thông qua hệ thống nội bộ, đảm bảo tất cả các khoản thanh toán phù hợp với thỏa thuận hợp đồng Hợp tác với bộ phận Kinh doanh, Điều phối dịch vụ và bộ phận Vận hành để xác minh khối lượng dịch vụ hàng tháng và xác nhận giá trị hóa đơn. Quản lý các hoạt động chốt sổ cuối tháng một cách nghiêm túc theo đúng tiến độ của tập đoàn. Thực hiện đối soát chi tiết hàng tháng giữa Doanh thu so với Danh mục hợp đồng và hiệu suất dịch vụ thực tế để xác định và giải quyết các sai lệch. 2. Tuân thủ, Điều chỉnh & Giải quyết tranh chấp (25% khối lượng công việc) Cập nhật kiến thức về các Nghị định/Thông tư Thuế để đảm bảo mọi hoạt động ghi nhận doanh thu và xuất hóa đơn đều đúng quy định pháp luật Quản lý quy trình xuất hóa đơn giảm, bao gồm việc soạn thảo và thu hồi Biên bản điều chỉnh, cũng như nộp Mẫu 04/SS-HĐĐT cho Cơ quan Thuế Đóng vai trò là đầu mối liên hệ chính cho các tranh chấp về hóa đơn với khách hàng. Phân tích sâu nguyên nhân gốc rễ gây ra lỗi và phối hợp với các chi nhánh để đưa ra giải pháp chuyên nghiệp cho khách hàng. Đảm bảo tất cả các khoản điều chỉnh và hủy bỏ hóa đơn đều tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt hệ thống phê duyệt nội bộ của công ty. 3. Nhiệm vụ khác (5% khối lượng công việc) Duy trì và thúc đẩy các tiêu chuẩn chuyên nghiệp cũng như văn hóa của Rentokil Initial trong nội bộ đội ngũ. Hỗ trợ Quản lý trực tiếp trong các dự án đặc biệt và các nhiệm vụ tài chính khác khi có yêu cầu. - Tốt nghiệp Đại học, chuyên ngành Tài chính/Kế toán - Có ít nhất 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương và có kiến thức vững chắc về Thuế - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với MS Office và Google Workspace. - Luôn hướng về khách hàng; kỹ năng phân tích, thuyết phục và giải quyết vấn đề tốt - Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản - Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận & kiên nhẫn - Có sức khỏe tốt và sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ.
