We are looking for a Technology Service Analyst Are you passionate about technology and eager to start a career in IT Support? In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical support and services to internal teams within the bank. Your key responsibilities Ownership of local applications including end-to-end responsibility for application setup from regulatory and DB policies requirements. Perform L1/L2 support for IT end-user locally (in-person) or by engaging Global teams. Monitor and manage incidents through an IT service management platform. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades. Management/supporting of local IT infrastructure/application related projects including regulatory driven. Physical visits to Data Centers and offices to troubleshoot equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols. Create and update documentation on the use of IT systems. Your skills and experience Providing technical support to users (remotely and in the office, Windows 10/11). Windows Server 2016/2019, basic administration skills. Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of local application software. Working with SQL queries (basic knowledge). Oracle (basic knowledge). Administration and support of the core banking system (B2). Unix skills would be a plus. Office 365 (advanced user). Understanding of Networks and rules. Ability to clearly articulate technical/IT related topics. Be flexible – as the role offers flexible hours, occasional overtime or weekend work might be required to support critical IT operations.
