Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and consolidating data from different sources. Support general business administration tasks, including documentation and coordination activities. Organize and monitor meeting schedules, record minutes, and track follow‑up actions to ensure timely completion. Assist with content collection, proofreading, and formatting of documents to maintain quality and consistency. Support the planning, coordination, preparation, and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Help maintain internal databases to ensure accuracy and up‑to‑date information. Provide support and liaise with internal teams, particularly Sales and Sales Operations within the APAC region. Contribute to market research activities by gathering, reviewing, and summarizing relevant information. Assist in fostering a harmonious work environment by upholding Hitachi’s core values: Harmony, Sincerity, and Pioneering Spirit. Ensure high‑quality presentation of workplaces, maintaining cleanliness and order, while adhering to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards and procedures. Comply with all applicable company Environmental policies and frameworks, aiming to prevent or minimize accidental exposure to oneself, colleagues, visitors, or the environment. Comply with all relevant corporate policies and procedures You have:   Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science. Good understanding of basic business administration tasks such as documentation, reporting, and scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with clear and effective communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines effectively, and work independently when required.
