Employment flexibility : from freelance, part-time (a couple days per week) to full-time (5 days per week) Attractive compensation & flexible scheduling In-house trauma training & supervision if you’re new to T&S work Minimal admin burden: we handle scheduling, billing, and ops support Regular supervision & CPD/CE credits (supervision once every 2 months) Diverse client base: supporting local users and global Trust & Safety teams Extra opportunities : webinars, crisis helplines, content creation, clinical leadership pathways for career progression (if keen) What You’ll Do Deliver 1:1 onsite/telehealth trauma-informed support for Intellect’s clients Support individuals in Trust & Safety teams, high-stress roles, or post-trauma contexts Collaborate with our internal clinical team to strengthen programs and share best practices Be open to onsite work where client needs require it Nice to Haves (not mandatory — inhouse training will be provided if you’re keen to upskill) Experience in trauma, crisis support, or Trust & Safety teams Skilled in trauma-informed modalities such as: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors Somatic Experiencing (SE) Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counselling Let’s Talk! Graduate of a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Guidance Counselling Active local license in good standing 1–3 years of post-Master’s supervised clinical practice (internships count if part of a licensure pathway) Proficiency in English (local language skills a plus)
