Providing complete support to the team & driving them to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisitions, achieving EBITDA & PBT as per annual AOP The incumbent will report to the General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Handling teams and maintaining P&L accounts for branches. Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential clients to meet their needs. Maintain positive business relationships with clients. Reach out to large customers through data mining and developing referrals from existing accounts. Develop new business opportunities with the team to acquire new (large and big) accounts. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction. Collaborate with the internal team and external stakeholders. Analyze the territory/market's potential, competitor products and services, and track sales reports. Drive collections and keep DSO days in control as per AOP. Key Result Areas: Customer Relationship, Sales, and Business Development Team Management Customer Service and Complaint Handling Maintaining MIS and Reports Competencies (Skills essential to the role): Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills Effective Communication Collaborative Leadership Style People Management Problem Solving Ability to Work Effectively with Cross-Functional Teams Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 12+ years of overall experience in B2B front-line sales and account management, including 3-4 years in team leadership. Proven track record in customer management and business development. Good understanding of the local geography. Proficient in MS-Office / G-Suite Role Type / Key working relationships: People Manager Internal team External stakeholders
