What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one fitness coaching through video consultations and text-based support on our platform Tailor fitness programs to each client, adapting to their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations Collaborate on innovative fitness content and program ideas to enhance our platform’s offerings Build lasting client relationships through clear and supportive communication Stay current on fitness trends and best practices to continually improve client results Respond quickly to client questions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention Experience: Proven work experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization Skills: Strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging video and written content Approach: Empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
