We’re hiring an IT Solution Architect to design and deliver modern cloud and AI‑powered platforms across Insurance and Financial Services. What You’ll Do Architect and integrate AI and automation capabilities (LLMs, OCR, document intelligence, chatbots, model‑powered decisioning) Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery, set patterns, and ensure high‑quality implementations Modernize legacy applications into microservices, containers, and serverless ecosystems Define non‑functional requirements (security, performance, resilience, observability) Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (cloud, data, product, security) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions Lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and present technical recommendations Contribute to technical strategy, standards, and reusable architecture patterns What You Bring 10+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles 8+ years designing large‑scale distributed systems Deep hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong background in microservices, APIs, containers, IaC, DevOps pipelines Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows Strong knowledge of modern backend engineering (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot; bonus for Python, Go, etc.) Ability to work across hybrid environments and modernize legacy systems Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting architecture to technical and business stakeholders Why Join Real ownership of architecture decisions Build next‑gen cloud & AI platforms Modern tech stack, high‑impact work, lean & innovative culture
