We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. About the Role • Support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program team in project execution and delivery. • Assist in building project data models and automation solutions to improve program management processes. • Collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders and technology teams. • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting adoption of new technologies (e.g., Power BI, Generative Al). • Participate in continuous learning and integration of new tools and platforms.  •Work independently on assigned tasks and contribute to team objectives.   Required Skills and Experience • 5-7 years of experience in project management within financial services or technology. • Agile knowledge/experience preferred but not essential. • Strong technical foundation with experience in automation, data analysis, or reporting tools. • Familiarity with Generative Al technologies and platforms is a plus. • Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently. • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
