Capco’s cutting-edge ingenuity is brought to life through its Innovation Labs and award-winning Be Yourself At Work culture and diverse talent.   What You’ll Get to Do: Be part from Scrum team to development new features, capabilities and also support defect fixing, performance optimization, security improvement on Mobile platform with industry engineering standard Work closely with leads (Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, etc) to provide insightful information to support technology transformation roadmap Participate, propose, present in technical session with stakeholders Work with internal and external stakeholders to identity, mitigate the risks and set expectations.   What You’ll Bring with You: 4-7+ years in software development in large scale ecosystem Experience in large scale product (multi-journeys) or Super App Experience in iOS Native development (Swift, Xcode, UIKit) on iPhone/iPad Experience in full cycle of Mobile App development, app publishing, monitoring, supporting Understanding on modern design patterns ( MVVM, Event-driven, Dependency management, hybrid platform, Webview, Inter-app communication) Understanding on API integration, Data Analytics integration, APM integration, Security solution integration Experience in React/Backend/Web development are big plus Strong understanding of Banking / Financial / Insurance industry are plus Ability to develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and ecosystem partners across the domain Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous and ever change environments.
