Tanggungjawab Kerja: 1. Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target 2. Melakukan market review dan menjalankan strategi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan 3. Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan. 4. Bertanggung jawab atas portofolio cabang/point secara kualitas dan kuantitas 5. Bertanggung jawab atas soliditas tim dan mampu me-manage konflik internal tim atas dasar peraturan perusahaan. Kualifikasi 1. Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma 2. Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim minimal 2 tahun 3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance atau terkait 4. Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target 5. Mempunyai motor untuk digunakan bekerja dan sim C 6. Dapat bergabung secepatnya dengan penempatan kerja di Cimanggu
