Tanggung Jawab: Melakukan akuisisi agen AmarthaLink sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Mensosialisasikan dan mengedukasi calon agen mengenai manfaat serta mekanisme layanan AmarthaLink. Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan agen untuk memastikan kepuasan serta kelancaran operasional. Memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan terkait penggunaan sistem, produk, dan layanan. Memantau transaksi serta kinerja agen guna memastikan aktivitas berjalan optimal. Menganalisis potensi pasar dan menyusun strategi pengembangan agen di wilayah yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Menyusun laporan berkala terkait aktivitas penjualan dan akuisisi agen. Kualifikasi: Pendidikan minimal Diploma Pengalaman minimal 6 bulan sebagai sales akuisisi di bank, BRI, telco, retail, atau FMCG Menguasai area penempatan Memiliki kendaraan roda dua & SIM C aktif Mampu menggunakan MS Excel / Google Sheet Siap kerja lapangan dan ditempatkan di Sikka
