Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Payments (Operational Excellence) Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Banking & Payments | Type: Permanent Drive operational excellence across banking and payments through structured, insight-led change. The RoleCapco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Banking & Payments practice, with a strong focus on operational excellence and delivery-led transformation. This role is suited to practitioners with deep content knowledge in banking or payments, rather than generalist business analysis experience. You’ll work with retail banks, challenger banks, and payments organisations to improve operational performance, enhance customer journeys, and modernise processes through technology, data, and platform change. You’ll collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.
