Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound high volume prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked) 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or digital services) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Slack, etc.) Resilient, coachable, and target-driven mindset Remote work setup with reliable internet and a professional work environment
