What You'll Do Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage and qualify decision-makers Identify potential business challenges and introduce tailored solutions offered by the client Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to align messaging and improve lead quality Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track activity metrics Continuously test and improve messaging strategies, outreach cadences, and call scripts 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client outreach Experience in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or enterprise services is a strong advantage Strong English communication skills (French and Arabic are a plus, not required) Confidence with outbound calling and business conversations Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and managing high-volume activity goals Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely Familiarity with sales technology tools like CRMs, dialers, and lead enrichment platforms Ability to adapt quickly to different client products, industries, and sales motions A curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with messaging and approach
