Melakukan Monitor terhadap performa Business Partner Collection (BPC /Field Collector) dilapangan  Melakukan rekap, dan pendataan dari hasil performa BPC di lapangan  Melakukan pendampingan, arahan dan intruksi untuk tujuan collection kepada BPC di lapangan Melakukan koordinasi dengan BM dan AM terkait performa BPC dan pemenuhan tujuan collection di  Point atau Area tersebut  Melakukan koordinasi dan laporan terhadap perkembangan BPC baik secara administrasi, kedisiplinan  dan perfroma kepada atasan Melakukan koordinasi terhadap aktifitas keseluruhan BPC di point kepada Regional People Partner dan Team Lead Melakukan Analisa terhadap alur proses BPC dan hal pendukung untuk kinerja BPC dan  mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead  Melakukan targeting dan analisa aktivitas BPC serta mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead  Berpengalaman bekerja di lapangan minimal 1 tahun  Posisi terakhir sebagai Team Leader/Coordinator/Supervisor  Etika dan etos kerja yang baik serta berorientasi pada target Mencerminkan performa kerja yang baik di pengalaman kerjanya Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Sulawesi Tengah
