Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Industry: Telemarketing (Experience required) Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to engage potential clients and generate new sales opportunities. Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and goals. Book meetings or demos for Account Executives and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to manage and track outreach activity. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified leads. Continuously improve outreach strategies through data-driven insights and feedback. Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C). Fluent English (Verbal & Written) Strong communication and persuasive skills over the phone. Comfortable handling objections and managing a high volume of calls daily. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Experience in SaaS, marketing, or digital services is a plus.
