About the Role We are looking for a QA Risk Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be based in Kalimantan, and we are prioritizing candidates who are already located in the region. You will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and post-disbursement reviews on embedded lending processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also be reviewing and validating credit documentation and recommending improvements to business processes. Responsibilities Conduct QA and post-disbursement reviews on embedded lending Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external parties Validate and centralize credit documentation Review business processes and recommend improvements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit and/or credit operations, preferably in a tech startup or financial services company Strong knowledge of unsecured loan processes and policies Willing to learn and travel occasionally Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Meticulous, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Already based in Kalimantan
