Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Languages: English & Mandarin (Fluent) Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting in Mandarin Chinese and English to identify and qualify potential clients. Research target accounts in the demand generation and SaaS industry to uncover new opportunities. Engage with marketing and sales decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and track pipeline activity in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance. Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English . 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role. Proven success in cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Experience in SaaS, Demand Generation, or Marketing Technology preferred. Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Excellent communication, persistence, and attention to detail. A self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
