About the Role As a Brand Strategy Intern , you will support the team in shaping Amartha’s brand direction through research, insight development, and strategic documentation. You’ll be involved in analyzing market and cultural trends, studying competitors, and helping craft the brand’s positioning and communication strategy. Job Descriptions Assist in brand research: competitor mapping, market trends, cultural insights Help develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, archetypes, and tone of voice Organize brand audits and gather visual and strategic references for brand development needs Prepare materials for brand reviews, internal workshops, and discussions with stakeholders Strong interest in brand development, consumer behavior, and market trends Skilled in conducting desk research and competitor analysis Able to summarize insights into actionable recommendations Familiar with or open to learning about communication strategies, brand positioning, and tone of voice Proficient in organizing data, references, and documentation neatly Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and comfortable working with decks/presentations At Amartha, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, ensures equity, and fosters inclusion.
