Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads. Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs. Research target industries, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach strategies. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as meetings booked and lead conversion rate. Excellent written and spoken English. 1+ year experience in a B2B outbound sales or lead generation role. Experience using CRMs and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach). Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Ability to manage 100+ calls per day. Tech-savvy, coachable, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales team. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
