Convert & Migrate Lead – Major Wealth Transformation Program Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days per week on-site) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent Lead complex wealth transformation programs that redefine how large-scale platforms transition, modernize, and deliver value. The RoleAs a Lead Business Consultant, you will define and execute the end-to-end conversion and migration strategy for a major wealth transformation program. You will lead all Conversion & Migration (C&M) pillars—spanning cutover, data, and system transitions—while working closely with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to enable a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
