Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Industry: Legal Tech Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads within the legal and compliance sectors . Research and identify target accounts (law firms, legal departments, compliance divisions). Qualify leads through discovery calls and assess fit for the company’s LegalTech solutions. Book demos and meetings for Account Executives to close new business. Collaborate closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Track and manage all activities in the company’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Stay up to date with legal industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape. 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative (LegalTech or SaaS experience required ). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking targets. Strong understanding of the legal industry — familiarity with law firm operations or legal software is a must. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach automation platforms. Self-motivated, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
