Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor About the Company Our client is an early-stage B2B SaaS company developing multiple software products focused on helping businesses scale through automation and smarter workflows. They’re building the foundations of a data-driven, product-led growth engine and are looking for a hands-on Product/Growth Marketer to establish clear positioning, optimize user onboarding, and drive activation across their portfolio. Key Responsibilities Define and refine ICPs and positioning for each SaaS product. Build and optimise onboarding, activation, and retention funnels . Analyse user behaviour and reduce early journey drop-offs. Craft and implement consistent messaging across website, product, and sales collateral. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. Design and execute growth experiments to validate hypotheses and measure lift. Support both inbound and outbound motions , including email campaigns, landing pages, and CRM workflows. Track and report on KPIs related to activation, conversion, and customer engagement. 3+ years of experience in SaaS growth, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing . Proven understanding of product-led growth principles and experimentation frameworks. Experience working in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments . Strong copywriting and messaging skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HighLevel CRM preferred). Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration. Comfortable working across multiple products or verticals simultaneously.
