Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re seeking a motivated Cantonese-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and support pipeline growth in Cantonese-speaking markets. You’ll play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint across Hong Kong and other APAC regions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified sales opportunities. Engage with inbound leads in a professional, consultative manner. Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and schedule product demos for Account Executives. Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the company’s CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce). Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates. Provide regular feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs. Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and verbal). 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (SaaS or B2B preferred). Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers in Hong Kong and other Cantonese-speaking markets. Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot , Salesforce , or Pipedrive . Resilient, target-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management.
