Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re on the lookout for a driven, articulate, and ambitious Business Development Representative ready to accelerate their career in tech sales. As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, building prospect pipelines, and setting up sales opportunities for fast-growing global companies. This is a great entry point into international sales, with long-term growth paths into Account Executive or Sales Manager roles. Whether you’re early in your career or have a few years of experience, if you’re hungry to learn and thrive in a high-performance environment — this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and prospect potential clients email, LinkedIn, cand high volume cold calling. Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team. Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with target buyers. Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated. 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience preferred but not required). Proven ability to handle high-volume cold calling and other forms of outreach. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to work in a target-driven environment. Ability to work UK or US time zones, depending on client needs.
