Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re searching for a Paid Ads & Growth Specialist to take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns—from setup and testing to optimisation and reporting. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who’s confident with campaign performance, marketing funnels, and cross-platform integrations. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video formats. Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and continuously optimize for cost-effectiveness and lead quality. Use Go High Level to integrate ad campaigns with automation workflows, landing pages, and CRM sequences. Collaborate with UK-based clients on strategy calls—clarifying goals, explaining results, and advising on next steps. Troubleshoot and improve platform integrations (e.g., Google Ads to CRM, social media to call handling). Document campaign setups and processes to help scale the ads business efficiently. 2+ years experience running Google Ads campaigns independently (including copy, targeting, bidding). Strong understanding of cost-per-lead optimization and lead quality assessment—not just traffic generation. Familiarity with Go High Level and HubSpot —comfortable building out automation workflows. Excellent English communication skills. Technically fluent—comfortable working with automation tools, CRM systems, and marketing tech stacks. Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
