Through their focus on appointment setting, multitouch outreach strategies, and data-driven insights, they connect businesses with their ideal customers and drive significant revenue growth. Known for their dynamic and collaborative work environment, they offer a fun culture with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors Generate qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach Customise messaging based on research and target buyer personas Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads Record and track all outreach in CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred, not mandatory for junior roles). Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
