Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: handle operational data privacy cases, responding to privacy-related queries from business stakeholders, defining requirements for capability enhancements and changes, conducting data quality scans, regular process reviews and documentation updates to ensure compliance and accuracy, conducting impact assessments, data incident management, reporting risk metrics and operational KPIs, driving awareness and training, as well as communications to strengthen privacy culture across the organization, monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on data privacy management, reviewing and advising on changes to technology applications, products, or operational processes, to ensure ongoing compliance.
