Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Hours: UK Timezone Job Summary We’re looking for a GTM Engineer—a hybrid strategist and technologist who integrates sales, marketing, and product platforms to drive efficient and scalable revenue operations. If you love solving system bottlenecks, building automations, and working at the intersection of data and business, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Connect CRM, marketing, and product systems to ensure unified data flow and operational efficiency Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity Build and manage data pipelines that support real-time visibility into sales and marketing performance Analyze engagement metrics and GTM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions Continuously test, optimize, and refine GTM systems to support faster, smarter revenue operations Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Airtable, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate strategic insights. Experience building scalable GTM systems or revenue operations workflows is a major plus. Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Previous experience in a SaaS or B2B setting is highly preferred.
