Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on warm leads to promote telecom products and services to individual customers. Qualify prospects through consultative conversations and identify customer needs. Maintain high daily activity volume using CRMs and dialers (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools). Educate potential customers on telecom plans, offers, and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm. Book appointments or close introductory-level sales depending on campaign structure. Collaborate with team leads to meet weekly and monthly KPIs. Track and report pipeline activities and lead status updates. 1+ year of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or outbound call centers within the Telecoms industry. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-volume environment. Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
